MS windows and doors are manufactured on the basis of wood imported from the furthest nooks and crannies of the globe, for instance from Indonesia. Carefully sorted out material performs perfectly as regards insulation parameters and functionality.

Thanks to state of the art technological solutions, three-layer jointed wood is more stiff and resistant to warping caused by moisture and temperature. Joints on sill links are protected twofold by a special sealing agent. This prevents them from absorbing moisture, particularly by heading surfaces. This method guarantees the durability of windows for many years. The application the 72-mm thick glued and laminated lumber made of three wood layers, 24-mm each, without mini dovetails in the outer layers in both meranti and pine windows, allows us to obtain unique aesthetic values. Good parameters of MS wooden windows are proved by the Technical Approval.

Professional hardware allows us to open windows in many ways, adjusted to individual requirements of the individual Customer. Therefore, the operation of even a large casement is possible by little power. The high precision of workmanship and the most innovative hardware systems, for instance the Roll-Royce mechanism installed in the bottom part of the window, facilitates its closing. Envelope hardware guarantees that the casement is perfectly held in the frame and enables us to correct the contact force between the casement and the frame. Thus, we have eliminated the phenomenon of leaky windows.

In addition, the windows leakproofness is improved by applying high quality silicones. They are resistant to detrimental atmospheric factors and do not expose to the phenomenon called “sucking down” as the time goes. Such solution guarantees very tight and soundproof windows. We place various colours of silicones at our Customers’ disposal. Your colour can be tailored to the colour of a certain varnish. As a result, the window aesthetics is better and adjusted to other elements of the interior arrangement. MS applies in wooden windows changeable rebate gaskets with a special Q-lon profile. In the case of mechanical damage, such gaskets can be replaced without taking apart all window elements and violating the wood and varnish. The optional application of an additional Dewenter gasket in the casement allows to obtain the perfect leakproofness of your window.

The glazing of wooden windows is conducted in the standard versions by the use of low-emission thermo panes, with the inter-pane space filled with argon and the thermal conductivity coefficient of U=1,0 W/m ²K (PN-EN 674:1999). This method allowed us to reduce heat escaping through the pane by nearly threefold in comparison with normal panes, filled with air. Therefore, we have considerably reduced your heating bills.

Better insulation prevents steam from condensing. Such solutions allow us to considerably decrease your spending on heating and air conditioning, and simultaneously, improve the user’s comfort. By saving up energy, we protect our environment. Less energy usage (furnace oil, electricity, gas) means less carbon dioxide which is emitted while producing such energy.
