Anatomy and parametres

PVC MSline windows, equipped with metal reinforcements, are manufactured on the basis of the wide Brügman AD 5-chamber 73 mm profile. The frame U-value has been reduced here to 1.5 W/m2K PN-EN ISO 10077-2:2005. This makes a 19% improvement when compared to standard 3-chamber profiles (1.95 W/m2K).

The structure of the frame and casement profile ensures excellent static properties (high rigidity), perfect soundproofing (RW≥35dB PN-EN-20140-3:1999) and good thermal insulation parameters. This has been achieved through the application of the wide 5-chamber PVC profile (73 mm) and the thermo pane with the U-value equaling 1.0 W/m2K PN-EN 674:1999 (the use of the P2 or P4 burglarproof pane is recommended).

The windows have the distinct features of a classic flush-surface casement profile, a rounded 2-chamber glazing bead and black 2-chamber gaskets with very good thermal insulation properties. An additional solution is the MS Warm Edge Spacer that reduces heat loss and curbs the effect of steam condensing on the panes. The WINDOWS’ hardware has enhanced corrosion resistance. To add to that, the Roll-Royce guiding system helps to smoothly and confidently guide the casement into the window frame.
